Sleeping Pad back arch proble

Thermarest xlite.  When I sleep on my back, my shoulders and butt push down, which causes the pad to pop up into the small of my back.  Like a bend over backwards motion.  This goes away if I under inflate it.  However if I do that my hip bone sinks into the ground when sleeping on my side.

Admittedly it’s because I’m overweight.

Anyone else have this problem?  Is there one that’s comfy for back AND side sleep?

One thing is to put a thin piece of foam under your hips (and under that portion of the XLite) to see if that helps.  Kind of weird the XLite does that though; I’m not svelte, but haven’t had anything remotely like that happen, … though I’ll let a little air out to soften said pad.
