Hi – I’m looking to make an overquilt out of apex 2.5 to extend the range of my Golite Ultra 20 (long). Any advice on dimensions to make sure that I don’t restrict the golite quilt? The Golite is 57″ at the shoulders, 47″ at the hips and 40″ at the feet. I completely fill this quilt with a midweight down jacket on so I’d like to be on the safe side with the overquilt to give plenty of room.
M50 comes in 60″x36″ yards, am I going to be too tight at 59″ (60 minus 1″ seam allowance) on the overquilt?
Thanks in advance for any insight!
Cheers,
Brendan
