A while back I purchased the coffee press set up for my Jetboil and then proceeded to lose one of the two stem pieces that screw together. I emailed Jetboil and asked if it was possible to purchase just the one stem piece and the rep said they would just send me one for free; instead they sent me an entire coffee press set up at no charge! And a whole bunch of stickers to boot!
