The week after Thanksgiving is historically the wettest, stormiest week of the year. November is the wettest month in general, but that week is particularly gnarly for some reason. That said, this year has been an exception. Beautiful days with rainfall well below normal. Watch the forecast carefully.
I’d look to the river valleys if you have transportation. They can be great even in rainy weather. The Elwha, Hoh, or Enchanted Valley in the Olympics would be nice. Having done all 3 multiple times I’d choose the Enchanted Valley if I had to pick one for that time of year. You’ll see elk, maybe a couple bears that are late to hibernate. Gorgeous views from the valley if the clouds clear. Trailhead access is easy to all 3, although they are a few hour drive out of Seattle. It’s close to 25 mile round trip, but super easy flat hiking on good trail.
Anything up high will be a last minute decision. Heavy snows bring avalanche dangers. That rental car could end up staying at the trailhead until next spring if you get a surprise dump of a few feet. It happens every year to folks.
Good luck!
