I’m looking for recommendations on basic replacement insoles for my Topo Athletic Terraventure 2’s. I’m happy with the comfort of the stock insoles, but they have two main problems:
- The stock insoles absorb a lot of water. I can take them out and squeeze water out like a sponge.
- The stock insoles are very floppy and hard to put back in (even more difficult if the insoles are wet). Of all the shoe insoles I’ve ever taken out, Topo’s are the floppiest and most difficult to put back in.
I don’t want to get replacement insoles that would increase the heel-toe drop of the shoes. And I’m not looking for any strong arch/support/stability insoles. So any recommendations on basic wide, zero-drop insoles that would resolve the above issues?
