I have a neo air xlite large that my buddy gave me from an rei garage sale. I’ve used it a few times. It seems to do fine until about freezing and then slowly leaks. I had a similar issue with my neo air xtherm, but after about 8 years and many nights use, and thermarest replaced it. I’m pretty sure its an issue with the glue around the valve where it meets the pad fabric. Again, only seems to happen below freezing. I don’t think I can send this in for repair or replacement since i got it at a garage sale. Â I’m wondering if anyone has had a similar issue or has ideas of how to fix it. I’m thinking about just smearing a bunch of seem sealer over that area and crossing my fingers.
