Due to the fire at Philmont Scout ranch and having to cancel all the trips thru mid July, the trading post has reduced prices on their trail meals. Here’s a link,

Albeit not the lightest choice, it appears to be a pretty good value, considering all that goes into a two person meal. Here’s the Menu List for details of each meal.
