It’s hard for me to believe that its been ten years since I first started selling the pStyle. What began as just me running the business has grown into having a wonderful business partner and four awesome part time employees. Since the beginning I have received hilarious, touching, insightful feedback from pStyle users. It’s been amazing to be a part of something that has changed the lives of so many people in a positive way. I am grateful every day.
A few years in I started to think about how to make the pStyle better based on customer feedback and my own extensive usage. It took a loooong time, but now the new design is a reality! It is sturdier than the original, holds it’s shape better, has a wider back end, wider rim, and is a little tiny bit shorter. My experience of it is that it is easier to use, harder to break, and more comfortable.
I’m pretty sure it will be better for most folks than the original – but I would like to get more feedback from experienced users before introducing it to the general public. It seems possible that some people will prefer the old version, or have even more ideas for improvement (eek!).
