Noted that Lawson Equipment just introduced a 2.5mm Glowire to work specifically with Lineloc 3’s on tarps, tents, etc., it could be the ‘bridge’ between 2mm cord which is not quite enough sometimes, i.e., can slip under duress and 3mm cord which works OK most of the time but is often more than needed…
I’ve been very pleased with the 2.7mm reflective “Pro Guyline” that MLD sells.
In years past I’ve been frustrated with Lawson’s Glowire because the outer sheath would kink allowing the inner core to pucker out. Typing that description out is making me gag. I’ll need to post a pic to illustrate what I’m talking about. Hopefully the newer stuff doesn’t do that.
