I’m thinking about selling mine due to lack of need/use. It’s in excellent condition. I believe they retailed for $260 when made.
I searched here but came up empty. About how much do you folks think I should ask for it?

Half of that.
Half is about right. I saw one sell either here or Reddit for about that price.
I would personally  give half of that and I don’t even want one. Go a little higher PLEASE cause I don’t really have a use. I loved my rain shadow 2 paid about the same price sold it along time ago at $200 with a very minor screen repair it was a nice tent but I’ve been single on BPing trips ever since so have not missed it to bad
