I’ll be doing a Sierra Club trek in Kings Canyon NP.  The published agenda defines our daily stop point.  To better understand the route, I’ve created a set of GAIA Route files, one per day.  Can I import these daily files (GPX format) into TRIPS and then create a TRIPS overview of the trek?  My goal is to compare day to day difficulty.

Follow-up:  In looking at GPX merge options, I was able to find a work around using the online tool gpx.studio.  That tool can merge a sequence of GPX routes.  I was able to download the individual Route segments from GAIA and then use gpx.studio to create a merged route.  Then upload that merged GPX file to TRIPS.

You can edit with a text editor like notepad.  You have to delete a couple lines at the end of the first gpx file and a couple lines at the beginning of the second gpx file.

Easy enough to do with a text editor, but Modesitt Software’s GPXeditor has a variety of tools for editing and combining gpx files.
