When planner components are “popped out” and rearranged in the display, browser refresh results in reset of the panel to its original “popped in” state, which is a pain if you have multiple panel components precisely arranged for trip planning iterations.
We are actively working on a fix for this today so the local (on the computer you are using) panel layout is preserved on browser refresh.
This has been resolved, popped out panel layout now persists on browser refresh. In addition, there is a close popouts button in the map panel button bar that can be used to close all popouts at once and reset the plan panel.
