I do use a quilt. I don’t have a lot of trouble with my pillow moving around. I think that is because the pillow is kinda surrounded by the end of the tent interior, the side of the tent interior, and my wife. So, not too much problem with the pillow moving..a little, but not enough to make it a problem for me.
