The Ghost Lite is “last seasons” MHW version now at $50, half of the Houdini price. Any thought on performance especially wind resistance?

Personally, I think the Ghost Lite and the new Houdini (post 2012) aren’t breathable enough for high exertion use.
I’d either try and find a pre 2012 Houdini, an Arcteryx Squamish, or the new Houdini Air or Airshead.
I’ve used the Houdini for several years now. Best jacket I’ve ever owned! I find it easily breathable enough for moderate exertion. It retains body heat to a surprising degree. And when it does get wet, it dries out in no time. It’s one of those rare pieces of gear that I’ve never had a complaint about.
