Thanks for the review. I’ve used Paramo in heavier versions, notably both the Enduro jacket (a combined piece), and the Enduro fleece with the Enduro windproof. I’d like to see a future review or additional feedback on how the Ostro windproof fares in combination with the Ostro fleece, particularly in very wet, rainy summer alpine conditions where the temperature goes below 10 degrees.

That jacket lists for 150 euro, or $169 US. I’ll pass.

What is the breathability in CFM and waterproofness in HH?  (Preferably tested after a few months of use and washes.)  As noted, there is a well known  inverse relationship between breathability and waterproofness.  Does this jacket significantly depart from that trend?

Jon, what was your impression of Enduro windproof combined with Enduro fleece in rain?

Hey Roman, sorry for the late reply, I’ve been traveling.

The two piece Enduro combo doesn’t work quite as well in sustained heavy rain because it lacks some of the heavier pump liner that you find in the all-in-one piece Enduro. But for winter mixed conditions use it is totally awesome as you have the flexibility to use the fleece and windproof separately (and each one has independent ventilation even when used together).
