David, at the product page you link, it appears the 30d Silnylon sage (foliage green) FlatTarp2 is available in two sizes — 7’8″x9’4″ and 8’x10′ (although the drop down for selecting the larger version of the sage(foliage green) says the long side is 10’3″ rather than 10 feet).

If that is correct that you have two sizes for the FlatTarp2 in 30d Silnylon sage (foliage green), are the dimensions that the product page describes for each of those two sizes the actual “as finished after hemming” dimensions — or are the actual dimensions of each size of those two tarps a bit smaller than as described due to the hemming?

Thanks for the info, and for offering the coupon.

Hi Richard-

Thanks for asking.

Industry standard for tarps uses the measurements of the fabric before hemming. So an 8×10′ will usually be several inches shorter in each dimension.

Kind of like how a 2×4 board is actually 1.5×3.5″ after plane-ing.

I have a batch of 30d sil/poly coated nylon tarps in foliage green that are 8×10’3″ finished size after hemming and also a batch of various colors and fabric weights that are 7’8″x9’3″ listed under my Flattarp 2 on sale for BPL.
