I’m doing the Teton Crest Trail in about a week. Its my first foray into Grizzly country. I’m planning on using my Ursack. I have the liner, but am loathe to use it. The weight doesn’t bother me as much as the limited ways I can pack it due to its bulk and not being able to reshape it. I’m thinking about using my Outsak UL as a replacement liner. I know it won’t work near as well as the liner if attacked, but thought it would provide a compromise between no liner and taking the liner. Has anyone tried this?
