I have slept really well car camping 9 out of 10 nights using a closed cell pad under my Xtherm recently camping along the Oregon coast, sleeping better than at home and going to bed earlier even. What is your experience or recommendation for something cheaper and a little lighter from Cascade Designs similar in comfort for a short O/N bp trip or car camping with a bp tent? I have a couple bigger air mattresses when using my canvas tent car camping.  I’m worried Repo pup may puncture my expensive Xtherm sometime which I use for snow camping. Thank you, don’t hang out here very much anymore.
