“New” TT Moment DW for my grandson

->My 2nd Tarptent was the original single wall Moment.

->Later sold it when I bought the then-new MOMENT DW

->Lost the DW’s fly and bought a new one

-> FOUND the DW fly and then had 2 flys, 1 body

->Bought new (& lighter) DW body and now have 2 Moment DWs (shut up!)

SO… I’m keeping the original DW fly B/C I sewed and sealed two double-sided Velcro strips inside the  original DW fly to hold the shortened Crossing Pole in place inside the fly for high winds/heavy snow load.

Keeping the new, lighter DW body. Keeping the new stronger DW main pole. Hey, my grandson Kaden is lucky to get a “partly new” DW in the first place. He really needs it B/C now, at 17, he is over 6′ and growing. The Moment DW will accommodate him through 6′ 6″.  After that he’s his own for tents.
