interested in backpacking, hiking and outdoor gear for some time and recently joined backpacking light to learn from experienced members. I am interested in lightweight gear, backpacks, and practical tips for multi-day trips.

Welcome to the forum. Whereabouts do you do most of your hiking? And what kind of trips?
I am based in Wyoming and most of my hiking is in local parks, trails and mountain areas nearby. I enjoy day hikes and shorter backpacking trips and lately I have been focusing on learning more about lightweight backpacking and efficient gear setups for multi-day adventures.
