This looks interesting.. with perhaps a slightly fussy closure system. But at 202gm for size medium it would be worth a second look me thinks.

A hair over 7 oz for 2.5 layer waterproof protection is pretty nice. $425 price tag kinda hurts but comparable to some of the higher end big brand jackets, and lighter to boot.
I like Klattermusen design and environmental focus, but this jacket still is very pricey and yet not that light. Compare it to a Montane Minimus or Rab Flashpoint, both about an ounce heavier but you get full front zip, chest pocket, a better fit and for half the price. Both are made of Pertex Shield+, a highly breathable 2.5 layer 40d fabric.
