Here are my gearlists with a few different setups for different areas and weather conditions along the California coast. The first one is my go to setup as conditions are usually very mild and typically without rain on the central California coast where I am. The next three incorporate raingear and allow different options for varying terrain with a tarp, tent, or hammock as I see fit. The last one is the Lost Coast Trail on the Northern California coast, which is usually very wet and also requires a bear canister. Please offer suggestions or comments, I welcome them.
