Just trying to burn up my credit cards, aren’t we?  Looks like a great shelter for storms and the inner … hmmm.
Thank you all for watching and engaging. After so many successful outings with the TrailStar I am more curious to try it’s little brother the Cricket Tarp. :)
The TrailStar is so versatile. Even in it’s more open pitch it is very spacious, wind resistant and quiet.

I’ll never use a tarp. Too many bugs. and sand.
The TrailStar is one of the best shelters around for wind* – *in the summer. Snow, sand … (some) double wall tents with inner or single wall (fully enclosed) is still going to give you more security and comfort.
What I appreciate the most about the TS is its stability (non-flappy-noise) in wind.
