The Monuntain Hardwear MicroChill fleece 1/2 zip is on clearance at Academy.com for $20 with free shipping.

I ordered two last week in different colors and sizes and both that came were the “lite” version, even though that was not specified on the site. Either way a great deal on a light fleece. I ordered another this morning.

My second one that came in (another color) was also the lite version.

I can’t imagine an better active midlayer, worked great on my trip this past weekend!

I picked up one of these a few months ago for a similar price, great lightweight fleece, my medium weighs just over 6 oz. Never found a lighter fleece. Great midlayer for active pursuits during chili weather. Seems to breathe decently but hard to compare to other fleeces.

I picked one of these up and was curious to how it compares warmth wise to other 100wt fleece. It has a smooth knit like lining and isn’t fleecy on the inside like my Rab or Lands End 100wt fleeces though it is a hair lighter. Has anyone compared the warmth to other 100wt fleeces?
