Since Rex’s “old gear” thread has some interest, thought I share this.
My favorite canister stove for the past 35+ years has been the Gaz Globe Trotter with the included pots.
Alas, the canisters were discontinued years ago. Undaunted, I bought a Coleman Peak 1 canister stove and used parts from it to modernize my Globe Trotter to use modern canisters. I have two Globe Trotters. I will update the second one when I run out of the old canisters.
