I recently picked up an Ultamid 2 and inner from another member here for use in Winter and also to use when my dog and Gf want to go on trips.
I also was looking at the half inner’s that HMG just released as something to cut some weight when it’s just me but I still want to use the Mid. At 14.5 oz, it’s a bit heavy but I realized the Solomid XL inner in Cuben is similarly sized (4″ narrower but fairly close elsewhere) and only 8.5 oz.
I reached out to Ron and he said it should be compatible but I was curious if anyone on here has used the Solomid XL inner inside an Ultamid 2?
