Thanks for info on MLD’s new policy for providing tracking, Andy. I didn’t receive the email, so I went looking on MLD’s website to see if it appeared there yet.
On MLD’s home page, I found the following info still being provided under the FAQs:
“3. See our shipping info by clicking the INFO link at the top of the page and then click WARRANTY. We do not send shipping confirmation or tracking emails.”
However, upon clicking the “INFO” link at the top of the Home Page, and then clicking the link “Warranty/Returns” on the “INFO” page, I found the following statement in the lower part of the “Warranty/Returns” section, under the heading “IMPORTANT INFO ON SHIPPING” — “We do send an email notification when the order is shipped – you can track your shipment.”
