Looking at the Mariposa 60, I have the Tarpent stratosphere LI, will it fit in the side pocket? Like the idea of a tall side pocket for that reason. Just does not compress that much. Appreciate the input.

I don’t have stratosphere Li, but I do have a Mariposa 60.  The tall pocket is 15″ deep by my measurement and I was able to fit a roll of paper towels (5.5″ diameter) in it. So if the specs on the TT site are accurate, you should be good.
I have a Mariposa. I used to have tarptent Moment DW. It fit just fine in the larger side pocket. No problem at all.
