Looking to get in contact with any central california BPER'S..

I run a couple of meetup groups full of people who say they hike and backpack. I had to find a backpacking boyfriend to be sure I had someone to go with. Having a big pool of people like a hiking group helps a lot. The cancellation rate reassures me that my habit of not reserving permits will continue to pay off…

Future central coast resident here! Not quite the central valley, but close enough :) The wife and I will be moving to the area this summer, after our baby boy is born (!!!). So while I won’t be getting out on many long trips in the near future, I’ll still be doing plenty of weekend trips – the wife has already insisted that I keep getting out on hikes even with the new addition. She knows at least as well as I do that it preserves my sanity :)

My folks live in Atascadero so we’re in the area regularly already. And we lived in SLO and both graduated from Cal Poly. Can’t wait to get back down there permanently. City life just ain’t my style.
