Has anyone extended one of their Locus CTF3 poles to make a tenkara rod? I am aware of an adaptor for Ruta Locura poles, named “Clarkii”, but I have the CTF3’s and so I wondered what others might have done to adapt theirs.

    Thanks!

Or maybe, someone familiar with the Clarkii adaptor and how it works with the RL poles might be able to shed some light on whether Clarkii could be modified to work with CTF3 poles…??

LG sell an adaptor, a pole section that allows two poles to be joined together; maybe that setup could be adapted for a longer rod?

Sounds like it would wind up being a “cane pole” type of fishing pole instead of a nice flexible Tenkara.
