The dimensions are significantly larger than the old Golite Hex 3 or the current Bach Wickiup 3, but lighter in all three versions than both of those two. Also lighter than a Seek Outside 4P Cimmaron Lite. Nice!
Ultra paired with the hexagonal shape would make it a heckuva wind resistant mid. 599€ is a pretty good price. I love mids and the more sides the better. This would be the version that I would choose, unless stealth color was a priority, in which case the green silpoly would be best.
The midpoint guyouts are placed in the middle of the panels, not on the seams as I would have preferred, but perhaps this has been field tested to work better in most situations while being simpler construction-wise.
Woulda been nice to have a 2nd door option on such a large mid, but keeping the weight (and cost) down is always good. Plus it does have two high vents in addition to the one door.
Overall looks like a great Mid option, especially since there aren’t too many hexagonal mids on the market currently.
