Light Recommendations

Do you want the light to support both rechargeable AA batteries and Lithium AA batteries? Not all EDC or tactical lights claim support for Lithium when you read their specs.

I like my Fenix e12.

Lots of good choices. I like Zebralight, but they are pricy.  Can’t go wrong with Fenix or Nitecore.  I think thrunite tends to be the best value such as the https://www.amazon.com/ThruNite-T10-II-Flashlight-CW/dp/B07GSS9XMZ/

I have both the AA flashlight and AA headlamp.  The headlight is my go-to light for backpacking and I use a disposable lithium battery in it on my trips.  Note that the light is easily removed from the headband if you want to use it as a handheld light.  I have the AA flashlight as well but don’t use it as often as I do the headlight.   Really nice that both lights will use disposable or rechargeable batteries and it gets a real boost with a 14500 lithium rechargeable.
