I recently heard about using lambswool for hot spots, especially between toes or on heels, under the ball of the foot. Anyone tried this? I didn’t see anything on BPL with a quick search. Seems like a good lightweight thing to have in the kit.
Nov 20, 2023 at 6:36 am #3793507I have not tried it yet, but I learned about this in a wilderness first aid course last September. The brand mentioned was Wuru.
Nov 22, 2023 at 9:10 pm #3793738I always use it in my winter boots to pad the outside of my ankle where I previously had surgery. Works really well.
