I saw these shoes at REI yesterday; they look like a cross between the Ultra Raptors and the Akasha.
These are new for Summer 2017 and an REI exclusive in the US.
Has anyone tried these? I’m considering getting a pair and would love to hear your thoughts both pro and con especially if you’ve had a chance to run/hike in them before pulling the trigger.
I tried them on briefly – fit me better than Ultra Raptors – more comfortable upper a bit more stretchy; I had a pair of Ultra Raptors earlier and was able to fit in to a full Euro size lower in these. The sole is a lot like the Akasha maybe even a bit beefier.
REI only carries the trademark La Sportiva black and yellow color.
