3L Gore-Tex rain jacket for 6.8 oz.
How well do you guys think this would work as my main summer rain shell? I guess my ask is would you trust this on a 2 week backpacking trip if ahead of schedule the weather looks fine ( I know it could change )?
Next year I want to do the Wonderland Trail or John Muir Trail and I’ll be aiming for peak weather conditions for both.
No pit zips, no thanks. I’d go with something from Montbell with zips, like the Versalite.
