A have a Klymit Pillow X Ultra Light (bought a few years ago on Massdrop.com as it was called then). On my last trip, it went flat in the night.

Upon inspection, the seam is split for about 3/8 inch in the middle of a long side. Any tips on how to seal it back up to be air-tight?

If it’s along the edge of the pillow, I’d try a hot iron.

Seams are tough as the seam past both ends of the repair will likely leak. I’d reach out to Klymit.

A hot iron sounds promising. I’ll have to find a friend with an iron!

Actually, reaching out to Klymit is a smart idea. I’ll try that first.

Klymit is sending me a new pillow. (Not the exact same type since mine was from massdrop.com and they don’t control/deal with that inventory.) Nice!

Ironing worked. Had to turn it up to medium…low didn’t do it. Now I have a spare pillow from Klymit, but it’s heavier, so I’ll keep it in the closet.
