Looking for info on JMT conditions, especially snow and river crossings. Wife is starting thru at Whitney on July 24, and is concerned about rivers & snow. She has hiked the trail each of the past 5 years, and is very experienced. She is also petite, so deep, fast rivers can be a particular challenge!
Probably your best bet is to search for some of the PCT trail journals.

Another resource is the Facebook Sierra Current Conditions group which tends to have lots of photos.
