I’m planning one more trip into the Pecos for mid October, weather permitting. I hadn’t been there in years and I guess I’m trying to make up for lost time because this will be my third trip into the Pecos this year (woo hoo!).
I’m trying to figure out if Jack’s creek is still running, around where Jack’s Creek trail meets the Dockweiler trail. I was up in May and August, and the creek was intermittent both times. Where the trail crosses the creek is dry but just upstream there was water flowing. Anyone been up there lately who knows?
