Re-use, re-use, re-use the packaging!
I suspect I am not the first person to think of using these Amazon bubble-padded mailers as an insulated pouch!
We use it in winter (down to about 16 deg F) and our food re-hydrates just fine, and stays very hot!
Before I had created the FBC Cozy years ago, I used mailers. For both food, and also as a sit pad and somewhere to stand on when getting out of my tent. I used them till they were destroyed, then replaced. Worked well.
And less stiff than reflectix.
