Being made of 100% polythylene – metalized, I feel that could be considered WPB like Frogg Toggs and the reflective layer might also reflect your heat, if you wear it inside out ( like a cheap version of the material used for the 2gosystem poncho: https://www.2gosystems.com/products/v2-b-o-b-poncho-breathable-outdoor-basics-green)
