I enjoy their sense of humor but wish they showed a little more of the hip belts up close

Another eight years before they move or remove the straps across the side pockets?

I pulled these off of their instagram post and story. Definitely looks like an improvement.

How do I return my Windrider for retrofit?  Maybe they could throw some load lifters on the pack  while they are at it.  It’s so close to being a much better pack for me.

I would love to be able to return my 4400 Southwest to get the bigger pockets! I reviewed my 4400 Southwest ( https://www.seekadventure.net/d/34-hyperlite-mountain-gear-4400-southwest ), and never really thought about load lifters on them. Do you think they make that much of a difference?

They are unable to retrofit according to a similar thread on r/Ultralight.
