I enjoy their sense of humor but wish they showed a littleĀ more of the hip belts up close

How do I return my Windrider for retrofit?Ā Maybe they could throw some load lifters on the packĀ while they are at it.Ā It’s so close to being a much better pack for me.
I would love to be able to return my 4400 Southwest to get the bigger pockets! I reviewed my 4400 Southwest (Ā https://www.seekadventure.net/d/34-hyperlite-mountain-gear-4400-southwestĀ ), and never really thought about load lifters on them. Do you think they make that much of a difference?
They are unable to retrofit according to a similar thread on r/Ultralight.
