When I pop out the HRR anchor under the Inputs section, the S0 question mark information mouse-over doesn’t display. I can only see the “shadow” of it, as it appears to be rendering above the top of the panel.

This bug has been logged. It is systematic for a variety of different input fields that appear near the top of all pop-out plan input modals. Sometimes, the hover text does not appear to be there, sometimes it appears clipped. In all instances, it’s a viewport clipping issue. We are actively working on a systematic fix for this today and will update here. Thanks for reporting it!
