I’m working on V2 of my first MYOG pack. My design has a zipper for access to the body of the pack.
All of the videos I’ve seen have two separate pieces of fabric, so you sew the zipper to one then the other. I’m taking a piece of fabric and slicing a slit in it, and then installing my zipper into that slit.
Any tips (or video links) on how to do this? (It’s a water-resistant #5 YKK zipper if that matters.)
