I’m trying to find out the best way to connect an MSR ToughStake snow/sand stake to my Z packs Duplex. The end of the ToughStake cable is about the same shape and size as a key ring but without an opening. I really don’t want to tie a knot onto it.

Ditch the cables use a piece of zline with a knot on the stake end and a loop on the other. loop to loop knot, done… plus your lighter.
