Costco right now has “Weatherproof Vintage Expedition pants” for $20.

Bought to try them out and was surprisingly impressed. So I got rid of the Patagonia pants I had and plan on buying a second pair of these from Costco.

These are lighter (compared to Patagonia), 5 decently sized pockets including zippered one on the back, stretchy, soft, comfortable, slimmer cut on the legs than most brands (unusual for Costco and nice for us long/skinny people). Can work as everyday/work pants and for hiking.

Just ordered a pair, I’ll report back.  Ordered at $20, canceled it and reordered at $13.

They appear very similar, but for me the cut is very important as I’m tall and slim. I don’t know how those EB pants are cut, but the Weatherproof ones are sitting almost like they are tailored for me.

Can comment on that more?

I have three pair.  Very comfy and breathable but small pockets on the stretchy Eddie Bauer pants.
