Help regarding Ruta Locura fault

Why don’t you just return it with a note…

I’m in UK…. I guess, but I’d prefer to know he still around…. or the pole tip could be lost and I’d be even worse off..

I can absolutely respond to this. As a user, purchaser, etc., over the past few years I have actually called Josh on the web number provided…  and Josh (actual human), picked up the phone and talked to me and fixed everything and all. Multiple occasions.

Any problem I ever had with a pole, etc., he was fantastic. I thought I was probably a PITA to him but was astounded with his personal response and attention.

I’m hoping this may be some sort of time differential problem in your situation. He’s been nothing but beyond stellar for me.

My experience with Ruta Locura/Ti Goat has been similar to Russ’s, so I doubt you’re being intentionally ignored. Your post seems to indicate that you may have tried contacting him via BPL’s private messenger. If that is correct, it’s likely the problem. Try 001 or +1 then the US area code and number, 0011 might have been a typo.

I’m not sure if he’s a hunter or not, but it is hunting season here in the West and it does tend to absorb a lot of guys time.
