As mesasured on my scale, pack 21.5 oz and sit pad is 3.2 oz
Measured: 6 inches deep, 11 inches wide, 22 inches bottom to extension collar, 32 inches full length. Hip belt length to end of pads 30 inches. Torso from bottom of belt pad to mid point of shoulder strap, 20 inches.
