Ben,

For the pillows, what size and stuff weight would you recommend for a side sleeper?

Jim,

For a side sleeper, I would definitely recommend getting the stuffsack pocket and using either extra clothes/gear or an air pillow for extra support.  Down by itself usually compresses enough that it doesn’t provide the support needed by a side sleeper.
