Yes that’s the diffuser plate without the riser. Too bad Outback Oven isn’t making its products anymore. The Outback Oven is still the best method when using a remote canister for baking or conserving fuel for dishes that take longer to cook. If you are lucky enough to have one it is a precious thing now.

I rarely cook. But I have several Sea to Summit items (1.2L and 2.7L pots, 8″ frypan). They are anodized aluminum and work well.
Below is the 1.2L pot on my Svea 123. The pot diameter is 6 inches. Weight is 6.6 ounces.

You can actually cook eggs in the pot with no sticking.



The frypan is 8 inches in diameter and weighs 8.6 ounces.
