Glue for glove ‘grippy dots’?

Does anyone have a type of glue that they have used to create grip (friction) dots on glove fingers/palm with good results?

I have repaired lots of gloves using Aquaseal, and while it sticks well and lasts a long time I would not characterize the resulting grip friction as impressive. Silicone-based adhesives sometimes produce okay grip, though I do not think of them as highly durable under repeated heavy use. Other options include gluing on small pieces of rubberized material to serve that purpose. I have two weights of Hypalon at my disposal in my fabric pile. Or sprinkling some grippy-material granules onto the glue surface during the cure.

Bonus points for something black in color, and even better, touchscreen-compatible. That last bit is a pipedream that I’m ready to let go.

TIA

Those are terrible. Have you had a different experience? I would prefer informed replies.

Silicone works. Black may be available.
Limited life under load maybe, but perfection is rare.
Cheers

I would think something more like Gorilla Glue.

Philip,  @Scott S shared in another thread that B-7000 works well for adding grip under sandals

They claim its rated for cloth, nylon and leather, and “The flexible hold glue can be stretched to 900% of its own length without breaking and is extremely durable”

Maybe Scott can weigh in on whether he think this would work well for gloves.

Reddit is the sourse for answers on this. A very quick search indicated glue gun for dots, applique pens, puffy paint for clothing decorations and a dozen other ideas. Go for it!

I have used seam grip, applied in lines,  in a grid pattern.  It kind of worked, took multiple tries.
